How Do I Request authorization for a Home Improvement?

If you are making a change to the exterior of your home or a change anywhere on your lot, you need to get approval from the Architectural Control Committee from Westbridge Homeowners association. Approval is needed for all requests. Remember that Getting approval from the association is always the safest course of action to prevent potential issues.

If I receive a deed violation letter, what do I need to do?

Should you as a homeowner or renter receive a violation letter and you understand it, and you resolve the violation, write to or call the management company to report that fact.

Should you as a homeowner or renter receive a violation letter and you do not understand it, write to or call the management company for clarification, and proceed accordingly.

Should you as a homeowner or renter receive a violation letter and you disagree with it and desire a hearing in accordance with Section 209 of the Texas Property Code, write to or call the management company to explain your reasons and to schedule a hearing at the next regular monthly meeting of the Association.

How to pay for the HOA Dues?

a) Online via a bank account withdrawal.
b) Pay by mail: check only.

How, When & Where to pickup Pool Tags?

The days and times for pool tag pick up will be posted on the sign by the pool and under the news section on the home page.

If you did not pick up pool tags on the dates they were handed out, please contact Kristin at Genesis Community Management 713-953-0808 and they will be mailed to you.

In order to get the pool tags you must be current on HOA dues and not have any current violations.
You must sign in and have a pool tag to use the pool (each pool tag allows 2 guests).

What if the sidewalk is damaged or uneven?

If damage is caused by a tree root, then the homeowner is responsible.
If damage is arround a manhole, then the MUD is responsible.
If damage is caused by street drainage, then Precint 4 is responsible.

  1. Identify if damage is around manhole or near a storm drain.
  2. Take pictures of damage and send them to either of the e-mails below with an explanation and the nearest house number.

What if the curb is damaged ?

Curb damage to be reported to Precint 4 for repair.
